2024 Annual Luncheon
Since Helene’s devastating effects hit WNC on September 27th, our community’s needs are constantly evolving, and our flexibility for responding and managing this disaster has become a top priority. As your Community Foundation, we play an essential role in assisting in the relief, recovery, and rebuilding of the community in meaningful ways.
In light of current circumstances, we have decided to CANCEL CFHC’S Annual Luncheon, scheduled for November 19th, 2024. We look forward to rescheduling our event in the first part of the new year to celebrate the power of philanthropy and the many heroes that make our community so special.
For those who purchased tickets for the luncheon, we will happily refund or re-direct your ticket purchase as a gift to our community’s disaster fund or any existing fund of your choosing at CFHC. We will automatically direct the purchase amounts to the disaster fund if we do not hear from you.
Our hearts are filled with the spirit and care being shared in our community and a deep concern for the losses experienced. Our greatest wish is for your safety and wellness during this chaotic time, and we hope for a rapid recovery. Do not hesitate to contact our office at (828) 697-6224.
